Facebook Review tab feature removed?

We have recently bumped into an issue that no one seems to be talking about.

But its the reviews tab that is built into Facebook. It appears that Facebook has recently removed this feature.

We are still trying to learn why this feature was removed, or perhaps its been disabled temporarily.

Following these instructions seem to not help at all as the review tab has completely and mysteriously disappeared.

How do I turn reviews for my Page on or off?

Turning reviews on for your Page lets anyone logged into Facebook publish a review on your Page, see your Page’s star rating and see reviews shared with Public. Reviews help customers learn more about your business and may make your Page easier to find in Facebook search.

Turning reviews off will disable reviews and remove the star rating and reviews from your Page.

Keep in mind that you can report a review for removal if it doesn’t follow the Facebook Community Standards.

To turn reviews on for your Page:

Click Settings at the top of your Page
Click Edit Page in the left column
Scroll down and click Add a Tab
Click Add Tab next to Reviews

To turn reviews off for your Page:

Click Settings at the top of your Page
Click Edit Page in the left column
Click Settings next to Reviews
Click to select Off
Click Save

We’ve create a support feedback but it doesn’t appear someone would get back to us any time soon…

As you can see from the screenshot below that the “Reviews” tab is completely gone.
